Plantation manners under the mountain
The St. Regis takes the colonial manor register — white balustrades, verandas, a grand central manor house — and sets it on the Le Morne beachfront with the UNESCO monolith rising behind. Butlers serve every room. The lagoon here is the island's kitesurfing arena, with the reef pass a short paddle for experienced riders, and the resort's dining line-up is one of the deepest on the island.
