Likuliku is the answer to the question people ask most about Fiji — yes, there are overwater bures, and this is the only place that has them. The lagoon is protected and shallow, with a restored reef that the resort has invested in heavily. Architecture follows traditional Fijian form with hand-lashed timber and thatch. It is adults-only, which keeps it quiet, and the cultural programme is genuine rather than performed.
