Miniloc is the original El Nido resort and still the most atmospheric — timber cottages in traditional Filipino style clustered around a cove beneath limestone cliffs. Its main advantage is proximity: the Big Lagoon is minutes away, so you can be first in before the day boats arrive from El Nido town. The resident school of jackfish off the jetty is a fixture.
